Clinical Assistants

Brandy
These staff members provide the "clinical team" to optimize the doctor patient visit. They make each patient ready for the doctor by taking patient histories, assisting in surgical procedures, and providing wound care and dressing changes. Most importantly, they make sure that each patient receives written instructions of all aspects of their treatment regimens. Pertinent educational materials and medication samples are also supplied to the patient. And of course, they are always there to hold a hand or give emotional support to make the visit special and personalized. There are many unseen duties of t he back office staff such as instrument sterilization, ordering and stocking of surgical supplies, compliance with OSHA regulations, examination room readiness, extensive, Sharon Carrie Sheila Sheila paperwork, coordination of pharmaceutical representatives’ visits, monitoring medication samples, medical photography, and on and on and on.
